Newcastle Dress Hire (NDH) is a new Community Fashion Hire Network originating in Newcastle NSW. NDH services have now expanded to all Australian locations. This is a network for the NDH community to list and hire out fashion attire of all brands and sizes in each region.

Listing fashion attire -

1. Fill out the form provided on this website in the 'List my outfit' tab and we will reply via newcastledresshire@outlook.com

2. Newcastle Dress Hire will upload your outfit to the website and instagram platforms and contact you when the garment is requested for hire.

3. NDH requires the hirer to ensure outfits are to the description provided in the application, including the garment has been dry cleaned, no alterations/fixes are required before hiring the attire out.

4. The hirer will deliver or meet to agreed location or post the garment wrapped in a protective sleeve with tracked postage to agreed location discussed with both parties.

5. The hirer is responsible for their garment - client wear, dry cleaning of hired garment and other clothing discussions or discrepancies.

 

Hire:

1. Hire outfits on the NDH domain by heading to the 'Hire Shop' tab, from there select and complete the cashless transaction.

2. NDH will contact the hirer to facilitate the hiring process.

3. The garments are not to be altered to including sewing, pinning or other invasive alterations that can damage the dress. If there is evidence of alterations/damage please don't try and fix it yourself. Notify the hirer as soon as you receive it if it is damaged or let the hirer know before you send it back. All cases are different and will be monitored and investigated by Newcastle Dress Hire as a third party.

4. Please note for all requested outfit hires, leave at least a 7 day notice on all requests due to planning with hirer and postage if required.
